150m JUNIOR SPRINT Male

Junior Racing- 150 metre SPRINT... straight line and on flat water, Torre Abbey Sands next to promenade.  Anyone can enter!  

This is going to be a BLAST for the competitors and just as much FUN for the spectators!

Competitors will be put into HEATS depending on their age, number of heats/finals will be dependant on entry numbers.  The WINNER from each heat will have their time recorded and the fastest times will be entered into the next stage.  Depending on numbers will have heats, Quarter, Semi and Finals in each age category.  We will then have a GRAND FINAL across all age categories.

AGE categories are based on YEAR GROUP at SCHOOL

• Age category 1-School Year 10 (age 14/15) & School Year 11 (age 15 & 16)
  
• Age category 2-School Year 12 (age 16/17) & School Year 13 (age 17)
  
• If you have turned 18, you are in the adult racing.

It's £10 to enter and there will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd 3rd in each age category for male and female.  All competitors receive a SUPERCHAMPS SPRINT 150 sustainable medal.

Junior Racing- 150 m SPRINTS will take place on Saturday 28th September with approx timings-

• 3 - 5pm

Course change

Due to the conditions, it may be essential to change the course location or times.

Cancellation

If the event is cancelled for any reason, all entries will be transferred to the following year.  Unfortunately, due to costs we have already paid, we cannot refund. If you require to cancel your place, we allow you to transfer your place to someone else up to 14 days before the event.  No refunds can be offered, only transferred to another competitor, this costs us £5 to transfer in fees so this fee will be transferred to the new competitor. IF YOU WANT TO DEFER YOUR ENTRY TO 2025 DUE TO INJURY/ LACK OF TRAINING/ ANYTHING ELSE, YOU CAN DO THIS BUT AT A £10 CHARGE.  Within 14 days of event start, no transfers or DEFER TO 2026 can be made and no refunds.
