Technical Racing

SUP technical racing is a slalom competition where competitors put their speed, and steering skills to the test. Often starting from the beach, competitors jump on their boards and paddle out through course marked with multiple buoy turns.

After completing a few laps, athletes get back to the shore and run up the beach to cross the finish line.
