Technical Racing

SUP technical racing is a slalom competition where competitors put their speed, and steering skills to the test. We will be starting in the water (knee depth just off beach), paddle out through course marked with multiple buoy turns.

After completing the first laps, athletes must land on beach, run around flag then head back out for a second lap.  Once completed the second and landed on beach, sprint the 5ish metres to cross the finish line.
