150m SPRINT Female

150 metre SPRINT... straight line, Torre Abbey Sands next to promenade.  

Anyone can enter!  

This is going to be a BLAST for the competitors and just as much FUN for the spectators!

SUP sprint racing is a 150 metre race in a straight line that challenges the athletes' paddling speed.  It is the fastest discipline in SUP. This event will start off a pontoon, 150m from the beach.  Competitors will sit with the stern of their board against the pontoon. On the start signal, paddlers jump up into paddling position to sprint to the beach, once landed on the sand its a short sprint to the finish line.  This event for the females and males competitors will be at least 1 heat, then into a final.

AGE categories-

39 and UNDER

40 to 49

50 to 59

60 and OVER

It's £10 to enter and there will be prize for the 1st in every category for male and female.  All competitors receive a SUPERCHAMPS sustainable medal.

150 m SPRINTS will take place on Saturday 28th September-

Course change

Due to the conditions, it may be essential to change the course location or times.

Cancellation

If the event is cancelled for any reason, all entries will be transferred to the following year.  Unfortunately, due to costs we have already paid, we cannot refund. If you require to cancel your place, we allow you to transfer your place to someone else up to 14 days before the event.  No refunds can be offered, only transferred to another competitor, this costs us £5 to transfer in fees so this fee will be transferred to the new competitor. IF YOU WANT TO DEFER YOUR ENTRY TO 2025 DUE TO INJURY/ LACK OF TRAINING/ ANYTHING ELSE, YOU CAN DO THIS BUT AT A £10 CHARGE.  Within 14 days of event start, no transfers or DEFER TO 2026 can be made and no refunds.
